The introduction of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) is shaking up the route to qualification as aspiring attorneys are not required to full a conventional coaching contract.

The brand new regime permits these trying to enter the career to independently financial institution intervals of ‘qualifying work experience’ (QWE).
