Metropolis rookies to earn £48k
RPC has boosted trainee solicitor pay in each London and Bristol by as much as 10%, it has confirmed to Authorized Cheek.
The agency has raised 12 months one Metropolis trainee pay to £44,000, up 10% from £40,000, whereas its 12 months two trainees will obtain £48,000 — an uplift of 9% from £44,000.
Rookies primarily based in the Bristol workplace may even obtain an additional £2,000, or 5%, enhance with 12 months one charges rising to £37,000 and 12 months two charges transferring to £38,000.
These rises will take impact from this September.

The information comes some two months after the agency introduced enhancements to newly certified (NQ) pay, which sees its most junior rookies earn as much as £85,000 in the business group and as much as £80,000 in the insurance coverage division.
