Mr. Duffey’s clientele ranges from the ultra high net worth clients (in excess of $100,000,000 net worth) to a few million dollars in net worth. As a result Mr. Duffey has extensive experience with Probate and trust matters including both administration and litigation from the most complex to simple estates. His estate planning experience includes to same levels of wealth and complexity and include generational wealth planning using completed multiple trusts and partnerships structures including: Dynasty Trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, irrevocable entity planning including asset preservation and exit strategy planning.
Before founding the Duffey Law Firm in July, 2009, Mr. Duffey was a partner with hodgson Russ, LLP, one of the 100 largest law firms in the United States. Prior to his affiliation with Hodgson, Mr. Duffey was a partner with his sister, Claudia Holland Duffey at Duffey & Duffey chartered attorneys, a probate, trust and estate planning law firm established in Boca Raton, Florida in 1973 by his father honorable Paul K. Duffey (deceased).
